• Managing Director Assistant

مهارت ها و سوابق:

•  Responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office.
• Personal assistant tasks for MD, including but not limited to diary management, organizing both internal and external meetings, taking notes, ensuring proper documentation, etc.
•  Manage travel itineraries including flights, visa requirements, accommodation, and traveling with MD.
•  Undertake projects including event planning.
• Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices and coordination are seamless across all interfaces.
• Assist MD to manage output, workflow, and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Commercial Management and related fields.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• High energy level and flexibility to work to the demands of the role.
• Ability to recognize complex problems and report accurately on them.
• Strong data analytics and mathematical skills to support decision-making and spot issues with data.
• Able to prioritize and advance multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
